All RAFORLU jewelry is handcrafted specifically for you upon order. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for simple change of mind.
Defective Items: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at our official customer service channel.
Condition: Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging and certificates included for a resolution.
